Seeking Examples of Bias in Technology

You may recall that in December of last year we launched the #EliminateBiasInTech campaign. As part of this exciting campaign, we are always on the lookout for examples of bias in technology and ways to motivate people to eliminate bias in their use of technology. To that end, with your kind permission, we will periodically ask you for examples of bias in technology you have recently encountered. This is the first of those asks.
