Research has shown that organizations that truly engage women and people of all ages at all levels outperform those organizations that do not. And despite claims to the contrary, research also shows that truly and equitably engaging women and people of all ages equitably is not happening in the US.
This session explores how organizations can create an environment where women and people of all ages are treated equitably while helping to drive innovation and sustainable performance.
