Just some of the tools and methods we use include:
- Cycle of Perception: Elicits understanding and insight through structured questioning, prompting the team to surface ideas and action steps.
- Group Memory: Records ideas publicly so participants feel heard, building a tangible repository for follow-ups and accountability.
- IdeaStorming, Ice Breakers, Parking Space: Techniques that spark creativity, ensure inclusivity, and keep meetings focused and efficient.
- Active Listening & Consensus-Building: Creates a collaborative and trusted atmosphere, crucial for solving complex problems.
- N/3 Technique: The N/3 (or Nominal Group / Third) technique is a structured decision-making process for large sets of ideas. Each participant silently writes down their ideas, which are then shared and compiled. The group reviews all ideas, and each member selects their top third (N/3) choices, where N is the total number of ideas. Those with the most selections are discussed further and prioritized by consensus—making it an effective method for inclusive, democratic decision-making and idea refinement.
