If you answered NO to any of these questions or just want to brush up on the topics, this session is for you? You have made the decision to embark on a DEI initiative. Good. Now how do you know whether or not your effort is successful? Management guru Peter Drucker said that “if you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it.” That applies to DEI. If you can’t measure DEI in your organization, you can’t improve it. Join us for a discussion of measuring a DEI initiative. Learning Objectives By the end of this session you will be able to:
  • identify and calculate the metrics that are important in a DEI initiative
  • gather data about your DEI initiative
  • analyze the data and draw conclusions from the analysis.
