DESCRIPTION:The recent 6-3 Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) ruling that race-conscious admissions programs at Harvard and the University of North Carolina are unlawful will undoubtedly shape the future of affirmative action policies and have significant implications for society as a whole.
