Mr. James T. McKim, PMP, ITIL

James McKim is Managing Partner at Organizational Ignition.

He is a sought-after organizational performance speaker, coach, change manager, frequent conference presenter, author of the best-selling book The Diversity Factor: Igniting Superior Organizational Performance, advisor to governors and legislators, and guest on radio and television shows focusing on the topic of organizational performance through diversity.

Over his 30+ year career, he has helped small and large organizations in many industries to spark efficiency and growth through the aligning of people, process, and technology. He excels at bridging business and technology. He has a well-known knack for quickly assessing the “big picture” of a situation, identifying Critical Success Factors, prioritizing solutions, and bringing a project management disciplined approach to facilitating organizational improvements. Recognized by organizations such as Atd, Brandon Hall, Bersin Associates, Axelos, PMI, the Diversity Workforce Council, and NH Magazine’s Top 200 in NH, he is dedicated to creating win-win situations between organizations and their employees.

Mr. McKim has a deep understanding of current trends in the development, selection, deployment, and revenue realization of human and technology capital. He has played diverse roles including Developer, Trainer, Facilitator, Consultant, Director, Adjunct Professor, CIO/CTO, and President for organizations such as Digital Equipment Corp, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and FIRST. He has also co-founded several companies ranging from a management consulting firm that specialized in facilitating strategic use of information through both non-human and human means to a provider of asset tracking products & services.

Mr. McKim is well-versed in the impact of public policy on organizations and individuals. Among the many roles he has played, he has served as Chair of the Software Association of New Hampshire, member of the NH International Trade Advisory Board, Chair of the Episcopal Church’s National Executive Council Committee Anti-Racism, president of the Manchester Branch of the NAACP, and Chair of the NH Public Broadcasting Board Finance Committee.

Mr. McKim lives in Goffstown, New Hampshire with his wife Nancy where he is an avid tennis player, cross-country skier, and digs singing vocals in the jazz band the Episcocats.

Ms. Aron DiBacco

Ms. DiBacco has training and experience in organizational development, a deep understanding of the dynamics of privilege and marginalization, and applied and theoretical research skills. Her research interests include communication elements of health care disparities.

Ms. DiBacco is experienced in a wide range of facilitation techniques including community engagement and mediation. She frequently delivers advanced workshops on communications and conflict.

Mr. Bill Maddocks

Mr. Maddocks has been involved in community economic development work since the early nineties and active in peace, civil rights, environmental justice, anti-war and labor movement struggles for more than forty-five years. For 18 years Bill worked in Sub-Saharan Africa as director of a large micro-savings training program to promote grassroots economic empowerment for women.

Mr. Maddocks worked as the U.S. Census 2020 Complete Count Consultant for the NH Funders Forum and coordinated a Vote By Mail campaign for the New Hampshire Democracy Fund for the 2020 election. He was also a co-facilitator in the NH Endowment for Health’s Race and Equity Series between 2018.

In 2020, Mr. Maddocks  founded No Hate New Hampshire which works with the Granite State Progress Free State Watch project. Currently Bill serves also as the Treasurer for NH Peace Action, as facilitator and fellow for NH Listens. He’s an adjunct professor teaching Organizational Management and Leadership in the UNH Carsey Masters in Community Development Policy and Practice program. For two years Bill served as an advisor to the Twenty One Day Racial Equity Challenge for the New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility.
